The Application Process is a Prerequisite.

New Member Range Time
This is a live fire exercise. You must be reasonably proficient in safe firearm handling to participate. You must furnish your own firearm, ammunition (normally 25 rounds), targets, ear and eye protection, staples, staple gun, etc., all the things you would "normally" take to the range to shoot. Normally this is not scheduled until after the classroom work is completed.
No specific firearm is required, however, bring something that and you are familiar with. Marksmanship is not a criteria for this exercise. SAFE GUN HANDLING during loading, firing, unloading, and the adherence to range commands are the items that are addressed.
You are encouraged to contact other club RSOs, Officers, or members to arrange other visits to the range prior to completion.
